Terms of Service

By installing or using TeleDrive you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please uninstall the application and stop using the service immediately. You must be at least 13 years of age to use TeleDrive. By using the service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

TeleDrive is a personal cloud-storage client that stores your files inside Telegram channels or groups that you own and control. TeleDrive does not operate its own storage infrastructure; all data resides on Telegram's servers, subject to Telegram's own terms and policies. Because your files are ultimately stored on Telegram, your use of TeleDrive is also governed by the Telegram Terms of Service and Telegram Privacy Policy. Please review those documents carefully.

You must hold a valid Telegram account to use TeleDrive. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. TeleDrive stores only your Telegram session locally on your device and never transmits your credentials to any server operated by us.

You agree not to use TeleDrive to store, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You further agree not to use the service in any way that violates Telegram's Terms of Service or applicable local, national, or international law. You are solely responsible for all content you store or transmit through TeleDrive.

You retain full ownership of all files and content you store through TeleDrive ("User Content"). We claim no ownership or license over your User Content.

By using TeleDrive's link-sharing feature, you grant other users you share with a limited, non-exclusive right to access the shared content solely for personal use. You are solely responsible for deciding what to share, with whom, and for ensuring that sharing does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to store, share, and transmit all User Content through TeleDrive, and that doing so does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other right of any third party.

TeleDrive respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. You agree not to upload, store, share, or distribute through TeleDrive any content that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• · Pirated software, films, music, books, or games
• · Unauthorised copies of content protected by digital rights management (DRM)
• · Content you have downloaded from streaming services in violation of their terms
• · Any material for which you do not hold the necessary rights or a valid licence permitting storage and redistribution

Because TeleDrive operates purely as a client to Telegram's infrastructure, we do not store or host your files ourselves and therefore do not have the ability to monitor, scan, or remove content stored on Telegram's servers. Responsibility for the legality of stored content rests entirely with you. If a rights holder or law enforcement contacts us regarding infringing content reachable through TeleDrive, we will cooperate fully within the limits of our technical capability and applicable law.

If you believe that content accessible through a TeleDrive-generated link infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to teledrive@qwase-apps.uk containing:

1. 1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. 2. The specific TeleDrive link or information reasonably sufficient to identify the allegedly infringing material
3. 3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
4. 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
5. 5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6. 6. Your physical or electronic signature

Please note: because TeleDrive does not host files on its own servers, we are unable to directly remove content from Telegram. Upon receiving a valid notice we will (a) forward it to Telegram through their own abuse reporting channel, (b) disable any TeleDrive-specific sharing link associated with the reported content where technically feasible, and (c) take action against the responsible user account in accordance with our repeat-infringer policy below.

TeleDrive will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if we receive multiple substantiated copyright notices relating to content stored or shared through their use of TeleDrive. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.

The name "TeleDrive" and associated branding are the property of their respective owners. All rights reserved.

TeleDrive is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. This disclaimer applies to TeleDrive and all of its contributors, maintainers, and distributors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeleDrive and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeleDrive and its contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party.

Because TeleDrive relies on Telegram infrastructure, we cannot guarantee the permanence or availability of stored files. You are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of any important data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TeleDrive after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document when changes occur. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide in-app notification.

You may stop using TeleDrive at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to discontinue the application or any of its features. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of any planned discontinuation by posting a notice within the application. Because your files reside on Telegram's infrastructure, you will retain access to them directly through Telegram regardless of TeleDrive's availability.

TeleDrive offers optional, voluntary donation links to help support ongoing development. Tapping a donation link opens an external third-party payment platform (currently Stripe and/or Buy Me a Coffee) in your browser or the relevant app. You leave TeleDrive entirely when you do so.

All donations are:

• · Entirely voluntary — there is no obligation to donate and no feature is gated behind a payment
• · Processed solely by the third-party platform under that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy — TeleDrive does not receive, store, or have any access to your payment details
• · Non-refundable — because donations are voluntary contributions and not purchases of goods or services, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for completed transactions

Any disputes relating to a payment must be directed to the relevant payment platform. We are not a party to the payment transaction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TeleDrive that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at teledrive@qwase-apps.uk and giving us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before initiating formal proceedings.

TeleDrive is intended for use in jurisdictions where the application and the underlying Telegram service are legally permitted. We make no representation that TeleDrive is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of TeleDrive complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly provide services to users in countries subject to comprehensive international sanctions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeleDrive with respect to your use of the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
